Led key initiatives for Add to Delivery, a net-new feature for Amazon Prime members that redefines the way people shop (one-click purchase), launched in 2025. FY25 AtD launches delivered $9.0B customer sales, 167MM incremental units, and $3.6B OPS.
Making the reward customers earn for a slower delivery easy to notice, understand, and actually use — instead of a hidden discount they never know they have.

A privacy-first way to find, manage, and delete what you've shared with Alexa+ — turning a new AI-generated, file-sharing capability into a foundation of trust.
Earlier product work that shaped how I approach craft and systems today.
Designed high-frequency payment experiences for Amazon Pay India (100MM+ customers) — reimagining transaction history from a static ledger into a conversational, context-rich interface, cutting bill-payment completion time by up to 36.6% using Keystroke-Level Modeling, and launching Scan and Pay via QR code (offline payments in India) in 2021.

Spearheaded UX and research for an asset-backed digital lending platform's pre-approval journey — loan eligibility, application, and KYC — helping more customers finish their loan approval and lifting completion by ~45% across 5 major Indian cities.

Growing up in India, I was always fascinated by design. That pull led me to a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and then into product. In India, I worked at a few startups — building an event-ticketing platform and a digital gold-loan disbursement product — before joining Amazon Pay. Four years ago I moved to the US, where I've since been part of two different teams at Amazon.
I love turning ambiguous customer needs and system constraints into clear product direction — creating products people genuinely love to use. Away from the screen, you'll find me hiking a new trail, cooking, traveling, or out with my camera: the same curiosity I bring to design.
Design philosophy
Trust is the interface. Clarity is the feature.
The hardest problems arrive undefined. I find the real question before designing an answer — framing it so a whole team can move.
One-off pixels don't scale. I design patterns and primitives that hold up across surfaces, teams, and the next three roadmap quarters.
Especially with AI, money, and privacy — trust is built in microcopy, state, and the moments a product chooses to slow down.
